01

Context

Understanding the project context and the people involved.

This section presents the product, the audience and the business environment that shaped the work.

The goal was to organize information, services and decision points into a clearer digital experience.

Main audience

  • Consortium members
  • Investors
  • Class C and D customers
  • Users with different levels of digital familiarity

Needs

  • Quickly check quota information
  • Issue payment slips
  • Follow assemblies
  • Access documents
  • Update registration data
  • Resolve tasks without calling the support center
The main consortium information and services gathered in a single app.
02

Challenge

Turning complexity into a simpler, more useful journey.

The main challenge was to reduce friction without hiding important information or weakening the business goals.

Each decision balanced clarity, content hierarchy, conversion paths and the real needs of people using the product.

Important information visible from the first access.
Different services organized so they can be found easily.
03

Role

From strategy and information architecture to interface design.

My work connected UX strategy, journey organization, information architecture, UI design and high-fidelity prototyping.

The process also included alignment with stakeholders and preparation for implementation and future product evolution.

Main deliverables

  • Information architecture organization
  • Main flow review
  • High-fidelity interface design
  • Component standardization
  • Design System evolution
  • Support for development documentation
04

Usability

Designing paths that are easier to understand and follow.

The experience was organized around clearer navigation, visible actions and content that supports decision-making.

The goal was to help users understand where they are, what they can do and what happens next.

Fluxo 1 - Primeiro acesso

Um primeiro acesso guiado, seguro e sem etapas desnecessárias.

First-access and login flow with account identification, password and validation states.

Fluxo 2 - Pagamento

A direct path to check and pay installments.

Fluxo 3 - Oferta de lance

Clarity at each step for an important financial decision.
05

Design System

Creating consistency for a product that needs to evolve.

Reusable components, visual patterns and interaction states helped make the interface more coherent.

This foundation supports future improvements while keeping the experience familiar across different screens.

Color palette structured for states, surfaces and visual hierarchy.
Main variants to standardize feedback, contrast and recurring applications.
Typographic scale defined for headings, support text and reading on mobile screens.
Reusable buttons and states for primary, secondary and outline actions.
06

Impact

Impact of the solution

The solution improved clarity, organization and continuity across key moments of the digital journey.

For users

More autonomy

Payments, assemblies, bids, documents and quota information became easier to find through clearer, centralized paths.

For the business

Closer relationship

The app created an ongoing digital channel between the administrator and the consortium member across different moments of the journey.

For operations

Centralized services

Organizing the main services helped reduce dependence on support channels for recurring tasks.

07

Learning

What the project reinforced about product experience.

The work reinforced that design decisions affect journeys, content, operations and future evolution.

A strong experience is built by connecting individual screens to the wider product system.

08

Conclusion

A clearer foundation for a product that can keep evolving.

The project organized information, flows and interface patterns into a more coherent experience.

Beyond the visual layer, it created structure for ongoing improvements and new business needs.

Great products are not born from screens.

They are born from understanding the right problems. Let’s talk about your product, process or digital experience?
